M.A.M.I. Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing M.A.M.I. Please review the following terms carefully. By placing an order, you agree to comply with this shipping policy.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after full payment is confirmed.

  • Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM AEST or on non-business days will be treated as placed the next business day.

  • Customised, made-to-order, or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time; we will notify you if your order is delayed.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

*All delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not date of order. Delays can occur (see Section 6).


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, according to destination, weight/size of the package, and chosen shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is offered on domestic orders over AUD 1200.

  • Express shipping, international shipping, and remote area surcharges incur additional fees.

  • Import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Geographic Coverage & Restrictions

  • We ship to the regions/countries listed at checkout. If your country or region is not listed, we cannot fulfil your order at this time.

  • P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or other non-physical addresses may not be accepted depending on the carrier used. We require a valid physical address for delivery.

  • Certain products may be prohibited from shipping to some regions due to legal restrictions, customs regulations, or carrier limitations. If your order contains such items, we will contact you to either remove or cancel those items or cancel the order in full.


5. Cut-off Times & Order Changes

  • Daily processing cut-off time: 3:00 PM AEST. Orders placed after that will be processed the following business day.

  • Address changes, shipping method changes, or other order modifications must be submitted before dispatch. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we are not responsible for any resulting delays or failed delivery; any re-delivery or redirection fees are your responsibility.


6. Tracking, Delays, Loss & Damage

  • Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number.

  • If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days post-dispatch, contact us at aestheticmedicineinstitute1@gmail.com

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g. courier delays, customs clearance, extreme weather events, strikes, pandemics). We reserve the right to extend delivery times under such circumstances and will endeavour to notify you if a delay becomes significant.

  • Lost shipments: Must be reported within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

  • Damaged goods: Must retain all original packaging; send photos of damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with order number. We may request inspection or return of the damaged goods (at our cost) to process a replacement or refund. Claims that fail to meet these requirements may be denied.


7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

  • If you receive a wrong item or a defective product, contact us over email aestheticmedicineinstitute1@gmail.com providing photos, videos and details description within  2 calendar days of delivery. We will assess, and upon verification, either replace the item or issue a refund.

  • Returns of non-defective items are not accepted, unless required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

  • Any return shipping costs for non-defective items (if accepted) are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.


8. Liability & Legal Compliance

  • Our maximum liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We do not guarantee arrival by any specific date.

  • We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under ACL.


9. Display, Updates & Contact

  • This policy is displayed in the footer of our website and linked during the checkout process.

  • We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
